Starbucks is also doing a promotion, if you buy 1 lb of coffee you get a $5.00 gift card. If you use your e-card,your in it for <10 bucks and get a pound of starbucks coffee for home and still have a $5.00 gift card.

@jayrookie: I tried this morning and the web page said order went through but almost immediately got an email stating there was a problem and I needed to contact their support...still waiting for a response back from groupon. I checked my groupons and this one was not there

Regarding the $5 gift card for the lb of coffee, I couldn't find a place to print that. Is it only if you order on-line? If yes, doesn't the $4.95 shipping kind-of negate the benefit? Or am I missing something?

So this morning I logged into my groupon account and purchased one with my credit card, then logged into my husband's account and purchased one with his credit card, and then logged into my mom's and purchased one with her credit card. Three separate accounts and three separate credit cards. Two emails saying there was a problem with my order. I called customer support and they said Starbucks had done something where they tracked the IP address, and made it so that only one order could be placed from a single device. I asked if the other accounts had been flagged, and she said no, that we could go on another device and order. Tried using a different computer, and our phones, and it didn't work. No response from customer service.

I did the EXACT same thing and used three accounts to order 3. But I got two emails as well, denying two of my purchases.

I will try using the wifi at my complex and another laptop. Or maybe I will reset my ip address.

@joegould1111: I don't think you're doing it right... you go to http://groupon.starbucks.com/ to redeem the Groupon for a $10 Starbucks card. You can then transfer the balance to an existing card or print it out and use the printed gift card at your local Starbucks.

@teevoo: Nope, i pulled it up on the Groupon App on my phone, and it's the same code and number as on the site. I just checked the balance on the Starbucks website, and it says it must be loaded first. Not sure what's going on, honestly.
