@dctipton1: but this one has Japan movement. JAPAN MOVEMENT!

I'll put this on my list of "Gifts for People I Hate".

@dctipton1: Wow! I searched all through Amazon and couldn't find this one! What key words did you use. "Adventure watch" just didn't get it.

I had one of these, the glass broke on the larger watch after a month. The compass didn't work, and the thermometer didn't either.

@tacidsky: Maybe the compass just pointed towards whatever you most wanted?

@captaincrunchcereal: IF you look at the pics at Amazon, that one is Japan movement too.

vote-for2vote-against

@tacidsky: HA! If you look at the pic on Amazon, either the photo was taken at -8 Celsius (17.6 Fahrenheit), or the thermometer didn't work on that one either. Cool photo (see what I did there?).

@belyndag: did you read my comment?
...I suggested entering
Youyoupifa Classy 4 Dial Stainless Steel Quartz Watch NBW0SD6443-BL3, on Amazon if the link did not work...

@dctipton1: Yes, and the link works fine, that wasn't what I was asking. I always try to check Amazon for price comparisons before posting a deal, and I did this time, too. However, I search the mother ship using "adventure watch" as my search terms, then tried a few other things, but never came across what you found. I was just asking what you used as search terms in order to find the link you provided.

Don't worry about remembering the search terms, though. I was mostly just curious.

this has to be the gaudiest watch ever.

This thing has to be the Invicta of watches... in the same way that Yugo is the Invicta of cars...

FYI---if you buy this watch, you're going to find out that your wrist maintains a constant temp of about 80°. The thermometer will work, but only be accurate if you DON'T wear the watch!

Will the compass point to the nearest dumpster where I can toss the watch?
