You get what you pay for. Any pot or pan alone costing $9.99 is total 100% trash let alone when a set of 3 is going for $9.99.

That's not true. I bought 2 aluminum pans from Walmart, oh.... at LEAST 6 years ago for $10 and $8. They're still in perfect condition, and not a scratch on them. They're light, and I only need a sponge to clean them. I need something more than a sponge, I can use the scrubby side and not scratch the pan. I've even used steel wool on them. I don't think they're teflon coated, but whatever they're coated with is awesome. Of course, I'm sure I'll die of some disease in another 30 years, LOL I have been trying to find more aluminum pots/pans, but like everything in the last few years, haven't found anything like what I bought. I've noticed the metal is thinner now and the price has gone up.

@fallenanjel: I prefer & LOVE my Calphalon Cookware! Stainless steel with full copper bottoms. If you cook often enough you will notice a difference. How they disperse heat, hold heat, & cook evenly.

@fallenanjel: I'd agree with you regular pans, but cheap nonstick pans tend to lose the nonstick coating pretty quickly... and it ends up in your food. If these were stainless or aluminum, I'd absolutely pick them up... both the pans I'm using now have warped bottoms from others dropping them.
