Imagine if these were blu-ray! Three years ago on Black Friday I snagged the first 6 films in blu-ray for 30 bucks on Amazon. Bet we would never get all 8 at that price though!

Yes, all Harry Potter DVDs were at Walmart on Black Friday for $1.97. I picked up all eight movies for under $16

I got the full collection in Blu-Ray at Wal-Mart on Black Friday for $32 ($4 each movie). I believe the DVDs were also available at $2 each. Did anyone notice?

Funny that yesterday there were two deals posted for this at $29.99 + free shipping, and it was quite a bit higher on Amazon. Today Amazon knocks there's down to $27.99. If I were a more devious deal hunter, I would suggest that Wootizens could use this trend to drive down prices on items we really want. Hmmmmmmmmm.

Where can you purchase the UK version?

@grtgrfx: I actually prefer the UK version. They have 12 different language audio tracks and around 30 subtitle options. It is really nice for a multi-lingual family.

I was so disappointed in the ending of Deathly Hallows Part 2 that I still haven't been able to bring myself to pay for the box set.

Dang it, this is a good deal. Of course, I bought the no-region UK Blu-Ray version for around $36 a year ago, but if you still don't have 'em, by all means pick this set up.
