A secret woot page and a "Christmas Story" reference in June! It's like DSUNFSJB Day is already here!

these things are epic. i've put mine through a bit and as other people would put it, "still as smooth as butter."

I just noticed Moofi's logo is Woot! spelled upsidedown and backwards. =D

@oblivionangel: Great Catch on the name! Actually, though, it's just flipped upside down, not backwards. Very, very clever.

Yeah, but I had to Beta test the page standing on my head. The one time I tried turning my monitor upside down, the back of my hand was ruler-slapped.

Nice! I always wanted a SOG multitool. Thanks for the deal! Even though I bought a Quirky customizable multitool that is still in the production stage of developement. Oh well, my office needs a multitool anyways lol.

SOGs are great. Some of my friends are issued these in the military and love them. I bought a similar SOG multitool a couple weeks ago for a similar price on woot and love it as well. All the tools are sturdy, very sharp, and well made.

I used to carry a well known name brand multi-tool myself until I found a couple superior options ( based on 30+ years as a fire fighter, police officer and bomb disposal technician ( EOD ). I have owned a number of multi tools over the years and abused them all ( that's why the good ones have a lifetime warranty ). The best for the money is the SOG Powerlock, don't waste your money on anything else - " Leather Guy " can't come close to a SOG in performance, functionality and warranty! I do own other brand multitools and have a desk drawer full of them and they are used solely for opening envelopes. When I need a multitool at work I want a 'real' multitool that I can depend on to do the job at hand and #1 is SOG ( EOD version ). The first multi-tool worth your money is a SOG Powerlock - EOD model . The B62 features a black oxide finish and comes with a heavy duty nylon pouch, a Lifetime Guarantee and they are MADE IN THE USA.

Just got mine in a awesome Woot box lol. This SOG is fantastic! For the price you cannot beat it! Thanks WOOT! On the auction sites this thing goes close to retail because of the name brand and quality of this multi tool. Like the prior guy above me said, I have a drawer full as well but they are scattered between work and home. When I first unboxed it, I noticed the this SOG is GUNNY Approved, lol...LOVE GUNNY. It comes with a great nylon sheath to hold this thing and I was first going to leave it for office use, but looking at this, this is actually a freakin tool! I have the Skeletool which is like half the weight of this, but no where near the tools and bits. Would I buy the Skeletool over this? For this price, it was a no brainer. I am a converted SOG fan!

just got mine too... its nice, but unless im retarded blind: where is the awl and file they advertised... admitttedly i dont see them in the picture either, but they were listed, and it makes me sad... all in all though, it is nice, gotta get use to this style of tool, im more used to a swiss army knife or single blade knife, opening this for me is a little slow.

I got mine - it was a little grimy out of the box, you might want to wipe it off on a washcloth or something. Or maybe that ruins the magic, who knows. The blades seem a little loose, and the lock/release mechanism, while not uncommon, is a little awkward - maybe it needs to be broken in a bit before it becomes a smooth action. Still, those are small complaints, and it seems otherwise pretty solid. Definitely worth the price.
