I don't know if it is the same vendor or not but after subscribing to a magazine offered at a good price on deals.woot, I have gotten at least 2 dozen phone calls asking me to extend my subscription (which just started)or subscribe to other magazines. Whichever vendor it was also used a trick saying my subscription to two other magazines was being processed and they were calling to extend my subscription on those two magazines for an additional 3 years for free. I did not in fact order the other mags....just trying to trick me into entering an additional order.
Caveat emptor when ordering magazines from a subscription dealer rather than the publication directly.

@smartheart: Check the BBB link at the top. They have an A rating and have only 2 complaints in the past 36 months... I'd say this is NOT the company you're thinking of because companies like the one you mentioned are usually not BBB Accredited or have (mod edit: profanity) BBB ratings.

3 year of Wired was available for me, just a minute ago... coupon still good. Thank goodness too - it's an insane deal for such and awesome magazine. My teenagers usually won't let my husband and I read it until they are done!
@turnitup19: I get that comment for WIRED magazine - it still says the same, obviously they were only giving out a handful of subs - pfffttt! Eff that!

We have fixed this issue. You should be able to go back and use the coupon again if you've already used it once on another magazine.

The vendor admitted to me they got my phone number simply by looking it up in their phone/address program.
I believe it was a different vendor than this offer....though who knows as some might have common ownership or operating policies.
