The reviews on the site are terrible, all claiming this dried their hands out. Also, as a microbiologist, I can tell you if you really want anti-bacterial, you should go with alcohol based hand-sanitizers like Purell. This science is a little complicated, but basically, bacteria are tough and soap doesn't always kill them, especially the most pathogenic strains.
