Thank you for posting this! I couldn't get it on Bestbuy or Newegg.com and didn't want to fight the crowd at Sam's Club. Would've grabbed it at Gamestop but they don't price match a steal like this.

They have the 4GB Kinect bundle that Amazon and Radio Shack sold out of for the same price, too. I guess it helps to go straight to the manufacturer!

I fought so hard to not buy this yesterday... and here it is again.

Also to those who have flashing it in mind just know that a new drive has been released and there is no current way to flash it. Chances are this bundle has that drive. So it may be a while before you can.

The 250GB option would be better for teenagers. Kinect has novelty value that wears off pretty quickly and the game selection for it is slim. The hard drive option is necessary as 4GB isnt enough to store map packs and game demos that are sure to be downloaded, plus the two free games make the deal that much better.

Yeah, definitely the 250gb. If they really want Kinect, which is pretty cool, go with the $99 bundle Amazon has today, which includes a couple of extra Kinect games and is $50 off the regular bundle price.

Thanks for the advice. We already have a WII (grandparent Christmas give a few years back), and older teens proclaim it lame. :) This will make their Christmas (and pretty much start and finish their shopping for me!!)

The idea that one can buy the 4GB Xbox and just buy an external to expand is a myth. That only works for storage of things like music and videos one wants to store and show on the 360. One cannot save. Do yourself a favor and get the 250GB, because you will run out of room quickly. Take it from someone who has dealt with more than his fair share of angry customers who ran out of space after I warned them.

You can use up to a 16GB USB flash drive as external storage. Plug it in, goto system settings > memory then click on the USB storage device and format it. It will then work from that point on as an XBox storage device only. So its really a relative cheap and effective way to add just enough memory for game add-on content and such.

In for 1. My wireless receiver died on my old Premium 20GB system. In the end, it's more cost effective to buy this and trade in my old system and some games towards a kinect at Gamestop instead of paying another $80 for the wireless nic. Great deal. Plus, my 20 gig hd was full.....need that 250.

this site just made my 14 year old nephew's christmas....he lives 10hrs from me & i swear he would hitchike here to pick it up in person if he had to.....soooooooo happy i found this for him & ship date of dec 2nd is not to worry about...it's right around the corner!! cannot frickin wait to hear his voice over the phone when he opens it christmas morning!!!!
