Here's a newbie question for you experts out there - can you safely use this indoors during winter if there's a power failure?

I'm moving to a place that unfortunately doesn't have an indoor gas stove, so during an electric power outage I'll be eating candy bars.

You should be all right if your in a house though I wouldn't recommend it. If your cooking meat, you will produce large amounts of smoke, so make sure you use it in a well ventilated area.

If you use it as a stove, you should be all right. There is enough oxygen in your house where you shouldn't have to worry about carbon monoxide issues. Maybe crack a window just in case :)
