They just opened one of these local to me. I was amazed at how massive the store and its selection of items was. And they always seem to have great discounts on everything every week.

Are they allowed to use the word "hobby" in their name if they don't carry any radio controlled vehicles, model trains, or slot cars?

@hvogel: http://shop.hobbylobby.com/hobbies/kites-and-train-sets/train-sets/ Model Trains. They probably only carry them so they don't get fined under the "Hobby Stores only include Hobbies pursued by males under 14 or over 55" Act of 1952.

I seriously thought this chain went out of business about 20 years ago. Guess I was wrong. (Not trolling. I REALLY thought the chain had died out years ago.)
