Are these in-store savings only?

The rebate process is very easy and fairly quick. I've done it before and it really wasn't bad. Worth the savings!

If you don't want these items - consider donating them to your local school. I am a teacher, and I never have enough supplies for my students. Sadly, in this economy, neither the students nor the state have the money for supplies (so, naturally, it falls upon teachers to provide them).

@jayeeyee: The rebate is applied for on line, requiring that you enter the receipt number and the rebate number from a second slip. I haven't used the process yet, but without having to deal with mailing, tracking (they do that for you), etc., I'm willing to jump into this one. Also getting the pencils and pens.

@kamikazeken: The photo paper is $1 after easy rebate...

@easygoingal: Only the 1c items are with a $5 purchase (because there's no rebate)

It looks like some of the $1 items are only with a $5 purchase!

You had me @ "FREE" and the image of the "EASY" button. So misleading :(

free hp photopaper, free kaspersky internet security 2012, both after staples easy rebate. Great chance to turn ink rewards into cash. Also takes you closer to the 1,000 spending threshold to get you to premier status for free shipping through december 2013 and double the monthly ink cart limit for recycling.

Even if you don't need them, they are great items for the donation drives that will be coming up.
