Unfortunately, their shipping rates are all whacked out, so it thinks a 6oz can of nuts is 5lbs and hits you for $12 shipping even over $25. Hmph.

There is like a Walgreens at every street corner in every town. Just buy it in store and avoid the shipping.

I'm experiencing the same shipping mis-calculation.

@slacktron: Yeah, I sent them an email about the incorrect shipping weights on some of the six-ounce cans of almonds. They replied that they were aware of it, and they were working to fix the problem. That was a week ago, and the problem still isn't fixed. Clearly they don't care in the slightest...how long can it take to change the shipping weight on an item?

Hmm, looks like a good price for raw almonds. Don't buy them out whilst I think it over...

I saw at my local store that they also had their own brand on sale this week(through the 29th I think), for $4.99 a piece when you buy two. I opted for the Blue Diamond still since I just wanted one, but I thought I'd let anyone that decides to go locally know. Of course, I saw later that I could have gotten them a bit cheaper per pound at Sam's(for a 3lb bag), but such is life.
