This is neat! I wonder two things. One, does one remote work for multiple bulbs if you have a multi-socket fixture and two, is this available in a GU10 base?

... but is it really "magic" ?

The remote needs direct line of site to the front of the bulb. Also the strobe cycles through all the colors rather than in one chosen color. I was disappointed in mine.

You can usually get 5 watt ones on ebay for a reasonable price, and everything I have ordered from this seller has always taken just as long to get here as ordering from china

@mlsapack: I don't have this exact model but the one I have is similar so I assume they work the same. One remote works on all of my LED bulbs and I have quite a few but as scmtim said, it needs direct line of site, sometimes you'll have to press on/off multiple times if you're far away. You will most likely be disappointed in the brightness though as the 5w I have is too dim for my liking. I do have a 7w that produces a nice amount of light.

@zebraitis: I think the only magic here is the alleged MSRP.

I use them as night lights for visiting family. In fact I bought a bunch this week for friends in Europe who loved them.....yep large range input voltage. Not to bright but bright enough. Used also as outdoor party lights for fun, plenty bright enough. You can select single colors or variety. Suprised to read comment on long delivery. 4 me order to delivery has slways been around 10 days.
