I started writing Spectre is an HP brand and I realized how stupid I am for misreading Sceptre as Spectre. I am glad I caught myself before making a fool out of myself though. :)

I purchased a Sceptre Television last month (yes, black friday) I would defend the picture, but the sound isn't quite what I was hoping.

I have a Sceptre TV & the picture went out 3 months after I had it. Customer service is seriously lacking. It took them a month (& my persistence) to get a replacement TV. I gave up on their tech support line, I always had to leave a message & IF they bothered to return my call, it was always when I wasn't around to take the call. Finally I resorted to pressing the option for "Sales" & nicely venting to the salesperson that I can never get in touch with tech support & I was immediately transferred to a live human. The 1st TV they sent had damage to the body on the back, most likely cosmetic, but I didn't send them a damaged TV (at least, I didn't damage it, picture went out on its own!) Knowing my luck, if something else went wrong, they would blame it on the cosmetic damage. I'm having issues with the 2nd TV they sent, for some reason 3 channels back to back come in bad, but they were clear on my original TV. Haven't had the time to fight with tech yet. Wish me good luck!
