Yes, I know it's a DLP but for $500 new can you really go wrong with a 60" 3D HDTV??

I've got a 65" DLP from Mitsu. And for the price you really can't go wrong if you have the space for it.
Couple of things of note:

1) I have the family PC connected to this. Use for 3D Bluray and gaming this way, however you have to fiddle with custom resolutions because the 1080P projection extends beyond the edge of the screen

2) It's not bad, but there are brighter alternatives to DLP out there. If you've got this directly across from a window, you're going to want some thick shads, particularly for movies. Would be great in a basement though.

3) a) Owned for I think 4 years now, just replaced the bulb. I think my ballast occasionally wigs out also...doesn't always fire up the bulb. Don't scratch the screen either.

I own a WD-60737 (also 60") and have been very pleased with it. I had a bulb prematurely fail within warranty, but this one has been going strong for a couple of years. I do not have the 3D glasses. I believe my model would need a converter of some sort because at the time, Mitsubishi adopted a different standard. (I believe) Not sure about this model.

@gm7170: It's still available to me... I can click on the yellow add cart button and it takes me all the way to the checkout screen.

No store pick up available, only delivery, which tack on another $70. I agree with gm7170. More Best Buy chicanery to get you into their website.

I think you can also get between 2%-3% cash back on top of this deal.
