I thought maybe my browser was hosed, check sellout.woot.com. I was getting redirected to deals.woot.coom and couldn't even find the thread.

Also, just take your order number from woot and search on fedex.com under the track by reference, I believe it is. Once there, you should be able to find the status. Seems to be hit or miss that woot doesn't always get the traking information tied back to your order page in a timely mannor.

Thanks for the FedEx link. Worked like a charm. Just wish I didn't have to wait until the 31st. But given all that just happened, I understand.

Mine shipped on 3/23 and won't be here til 4/1. Apparently they're shipping it by pony express, and its only coming from Texas to Maine

@jnevil: I still haven't received shipping info from woot and the FedEx lookup using my order number isn't working. Can you help me out?

@bryangriffith: I added my zip code and other info to the above FedEx website and got the confirmation that mine has supposedly been on its way since the 23rd - apparently on the back of a broken down old mule since it is getting here (VA) on the 31st?!? I thought FedEx had planes.... (Yeah, I know it wasn't being overnighted, but the USPS is faster than that.) Did not appear to get any e-mail from Woot though... (Yes, checked Spam filters and the what-not too)

AFAICT all the woot sites stopped sending shipping info months and months ago. For shirts, they just show up (it's like Christmas!) For this, the alt-reference worked for me. (The order info page still doesn't have a tracking number, no email, no nothing.)

Agree with others though, it couldn't possibly go any slower. Ordered on 3/20, shipped 3/23, estimated arrival is 3/30. USPS would have gotten it here in time for my birthday last weekend, even with it not getting out the door until Wed.

If Woot isn't going to send out tracking numbers in a timely manner then how about putting up a self service link to check tracking via reference? It appears that many were not aware they could track packages in this manner.

IMHO there has been a general decline in the handling of orders - especially in regards to timely communication of shipment and details.

I'm kicking my self for not getting 3.

I like this one much better than the Chumby. Next time I see them on Woot, you can count me in for three!

Got mine yesterday! Totally Bad A$$! Love it! Almost as good as my iPad2, if it had batteries it would be perfect!
The new Dash will have batteries, so look out my dear Apple, here comes Sony (I own both shares;). BUY BUY BUY!

I got mine, today. The touchscreen is dysfunctional. It continually taps the top of the screen over and over until the touchscreen stops responding. Sometimes this takes one or two minutes to start. Other times, it happens immediately. Darn.

I was able to update the unit's software to the latest version, but the behavior has not changed. I've been using it at work, so I'm going to take it home and give it another spin before returning the unit to its box and researching who I need to contact for support, replacement or, worst-case, a refund.

It said 'edit' then threw away my changes :/

So I found netflix, under menu->menu->video.

Received my dash in the mail yesterday. Met my expectations as an awesome alarm clock allowing me to wake up to Pandora radio, check weather and go about my day. I usually don't post, but thought I would pass along an added bonus to the dash. I own an Iphone 4, hooked it up to the dash with the USB cord and the phone started charging. Not that this will make you want to run out and find your nearest dash retailer, but like I said... a nice bonus.

Mine arrived earlier today (3/31). So far, looking really good. Touchscreen works fine... finding the Netflix and Internet radio station streaming features were the tricky bits, but I did eventually do so.

Granting that all I really wanted was a fancy alarm clock that could handle Internet streams without having to go through Reciva, I am most pleased. :-)

I bought my Dash from Amazon and woot in June. worked OK til tonight when it just died. tried rebooting. called customer support (Philippines). I don't think the customer support person has ever seen a Dash. tried several things . Nothing works. just goes back to the error screen, and then we got cut off! I
