How well do electric chainsaws work? All my experience is with IC ones.

@hossdawg97: You will be very surprised. im a local handyman and I don't always like bringing loud gas chainsaws to old peoples houses(gets some neighborhood to boycott you pretty much) so I bought a little portable black and Decker that i thought i was paying way too much for but i found it to easily cut through lemon tree branches and even hard wood like mesquite.

Most important thing to know: Keep the bar oiler filled * don't cut for more than 10 minutes continuous- stop for a couple of minutes & let it cool then go again. I'm hard on these and have had to learn the limitations(ie, I've burned a few up). Luckily(?) I've now been blessed with an arthritic condition, so stopping cutting every 10 minutes works just fine for me.
