after cooking with cast iron, I don't think I could go back to the stainless/teflon stuff again.

This particular set has the aluminum welded on the bottom rather being encased in the stainless steel. Other than that, Amazon has pretty good reviews overall on it.

@craigthom: Not too sure plastic handled cookware is gonna smell or look so great when it comes back out of the oven.

@lavikinga: That's the case with any oven, convection or not. It's the temperature that matters, not the way the air moves.

Besides, these clearly have metal handles.
