Good deal. I'd be all over it if I wasn't waiting for the extended version later this year.

At my store in Alpharetta GA, it was marked at $32.99 but it rang up for $16.99. Even if it hadn't though, Fry's will match prices even from internet retailers.

Enjoyable movie but I hated what they did with the Goblin King. It's a weakness of Peter Jackson.

Peter Jackson's Gold Hoard. Turned a one or two flick film into three just to cash in. LOTR came out in the theatrical release on DVD, then each one was re-released in deluxe, Director's cuts later each year. Then, we got the Blu-Ray edition. With 3D on The Hobbit, I would expect at least three iterations of the same movie, if not the super-deluxe box set with exclusive content late in 2015. Meh.

Thanks! I picked The Hobbit up at Fry's last night. I also got Argo for $16.99 and 21 Jump Street for $10.99 while I was there.
