I cannot imagine what I am doing wrong. I repeatedly follow the I WAnt One arrow which takes me to the Target site. i place the order and type in TGT75HFN into the box, apply and am told that the items do not meet the minimum. I then even entered multiple packs to go over the $50 minimum that is usually required for free shipping with the same result. So frustrating! What am I doing wrong? Thank you for the help.

SO WEIRD! I just clicked the link again and it said they are $7.99. What happened when you typed in th promo code at checkout?

I typed in the code TGT75HFN to no avail. BUT I have subsequently resolved the problem -- I think. I read on another site that you must be a registered member of the site. I registered and it came up as $2.99 before taxes. YEAH!!!! I hope this works for everyone else. Thank you for the help.
