Psh. All the hatred for the last two movies is unwarranted. They're both great movies, ergo the eventuality exists in which you irrevocably purchase these movies, and are concordant with my inexorable opinion. Should you disagree, you will inevitably create a systemic anomaly affirming the fact that you did not pay attention during the architect scene. Ergo your opinion is wrong.

Amazon had a deal on the ultimate 11 disk set (or whatever) for this price a month ago. Not saying this is bad, but that one has a few benefits. It came with the Animatrix disk and it has at least half a dozen more special edition Matrix themed coasters. This set only comes with 4 coasters, but if that is enough for your coffee table, you really don't need the bigger set.

This seems like quite a bit for just the three movies. Generally when you see good blu ray deals for older movies these days, they're like $5 or $6. If this was the version with the Animatrix, it might be worth it, but I feel like there have been and will be better deals for just the trilogy.

In fact, at Walmart a couple of weeks ago I saw the last two bundled together for $6.

Not only did the third one complement the first two films, it completed them. It brought closure unlike the godfather 3 which only served to ruin its predecessors.
