It looks to me (who's spent way too much time in Ikeas these past few months, don't ask...) like these are the same "new lower prices" they've been advertising for months. What this means is that you can see many if not all of these prices in their regular catalog, without having to bash your head against the ridiculously slow-loading flash thingie which really doesn't need to be a flash thingie. No guarantees, of course, there may be super special deals that I was too impatient to find. But as for the standards (e.g. tall Billy bookcase for $69.99), those should be in the catalog. And their mobile site. And everywhere else.

@enehta: Ok, decided I would be patient enough to sit through everything, and yup, looks like the same deals they've had for the past few months. So I guess I won't have to worry about rushing out to Ikea tomorrow, it can wait until Friday...

And if you live in Houston, Congratulations!... you get to pay significantly more for everything, plus you don't get the same sales as the other stores... Way to go Houston management, I just saved a bundle by driving all the way to Frisco or Round Rock (even counting the gas).
