I still have a picture of myself on the first day of school (first grade I think) holding my "Last Starfighter" lunch box! I loved this movie when I was a kid!

One of the last appearances by the late Robert Preston, but a great one. He described his character as "an intergalactic version of Harold Hill" (the con artist protagonist in The Music Man, his most memorable role).
