My experience with the CVS printables like this is that they will not work unless you've put in your CVS card number to print your personal coupon. They will beep at the register, and it's VERY YMMV whether or not the cashier takes it.

Normally with the % off coupons, I have found they will absolutely not, but for gift with purchases, they generally will.

@jezebelseven: I subscribe to CVS emails and get these offers all the time. I just click to have them added to my CVS card and that's it, don't even have to enter my card number or info, never print out the coupons, and the discounts always seem to show up. I think this particular post/link is only for the OP's email.
