Wow, and confirmed. I just shopped for an O2 sensor and found AAP's prices to be double those of other sites.

I'm thinking there's some kind of nascar feud going on here with all the negative comments. Just the facts... I just checked a front seal kit for a 1998 honda accord lx 4cyl vtec across advance, autozone, & napa. Napa was 31.99, the other 2 were 27.99. With a $10 off $25 that makes advance the cheapest at 17.99.

@maddog8: Not to mention, MOST things available from AAP offer a lifetime warranty -- where other vendors online can't or won't back the product for more than it's original manufacturer warranty -- and then you have to pay to ship it to them to have it honored. Sometimes, it's worth paying a few extra bucks to have that peace of mind.

I've researched these deals many times. No matter what I need; whether it's an oil filter, a wiper blade, a complete carburetor, or any of the hundreds of auto parts I order a year, I can and have ALWAYS found a better deal elsewhere (ebay, amazon, etc) without a coupon at all. That's even with a 40% discount. Crazy high prices for almost everything.

Not quite true. At AAP I can order online, and by the time I drive to a store It's ready for pick up. No waiting for a shipment, no shipping costs, and easy returns.

I agree with the not-always-true comment. While shopping around for an intake manifold and fuel pump, AAP's prices with the coupon beat anything I've found elsewhere (eBay, Amazon, and the like).

I just used this code to get 6 NGK spark plugs for $40, normally $10 each, and this was better than anywhere else I could find.

used 9/25/2013 saved 40$ and got free shipping, only time they have ever competed with rock auto

Thanks for the heads up. I bought some new wiper blades and their clay bars which were $2 higher on Amazon but after the $10 off, it came out to be a great deal. I've been wanting to try these on my car for a while and since I have a store in town, it's a no brainer to save $10!

Agreed. Coupons are great when picking up at store. No shipping cost, no waiting and easy returns.

Saved $30 on a knock sensor my gf car needs. Definitely good deal. Where was this a couple of weeks ago when I had to buy a new battery?

Forget this deal. Rockauto.com is where I buy everything

AAP spams you after you put in the reqired e-mail address. And the last few times I used their website, it was crashing on me. Sometimes works good, sometimes not so good. Also it is always acceptable to pay a little extra for the "choke factor" -- you can actually choke the bastard that sold you something defective.

These coupons are almost always invalid when it comes to things you actually want to buy. LOL.
