Thanks for the heads up, picked up all 3 accessories for $91.56 (Tax included).

Best Buy's is a better deal for all three, but Office Depot has two of the three cheaper (in store only) for those who don't want to purchase the matching set (for the seemingly ironic same price as tablet itself).

Case: $19.99

Keyboard: $29.99

Charging Stand: $39.99

So is the folio case pretty good? I've read some positive reviews but just wanted to see if anyone had other recommendations.

If you do purchase all three for the 15% discount, you get 20% off for a fourth item...add these $2.99 zip ties and it comes out about $2.60 cheaper than just purchasing the three alone:

vote-for1vote-against

too bad you can't fine these anywhere in NY in stock

vote-for1vote-against

Had to order all of them to be shipped to the store. What are the chances that any of them actually show up?

vote-for4vote-against

Let me ask about the inductive charger. Is there a special cover that needs to go on the tablet to charge it? Or does the TP come with it built in and just need the charging stand?

vote-for1vote-against

So the deal is buy 3 get 15% and buy 4 get 20%
If your looking to tack on the cheapest thing that will work for the discount to just toss it away try this
Nook screen cover $1.99

@slammajamma: That's pretty cool. May have to pick one of them up then.

vote-for2vote-against

@cfalgas: I'd say the chances are pretty good. I haven't heard anything regarding lack of supply for accessories; just the Touchpads themselves.

@caisburning: Keep a close eye if youre looking for a TP. They definitely have more coming very soon. Read an article on CNN. Also on twitter an HP exec/employee was keeping tabs on when they will be released. I heard a rumor yesterday that it's tomorrow.

I just picked up the Touchstone Charge Dock for $35 and the case for $20 at Walmart. They are out of stock on line but if they have it in the store they will match the online price. Unfortunately they didn't have the keyboard, I would have like that for $30 as shown online.

Picked one of these up for 40 at Office Depot. Oh man this thing is TINY. For some reason I thought it was near the size of the Touchpad, but it's really just a bit bigger than a smartphone. And it works without a jacket! nice!

vote-for2vote-against

@bonoman: Yeah I just noticed that. Would prefer it to be the size of the tablet or close:
Product Height 0.75"
Product Width 4.6"
Product Weight 8 oz.
Product Depth 5.75"

Sure glad I didn't order any accessories for my 'phantom' touchpads I ordered. Just received notice from Amazon canceling my orders. I almost bit at this and other deals for accessories.

vote-for3vote-against

Thanks for this! My touchpad is en route so I feel pretty comfortable ordering accessories. Thanks!

@kellyjgilbert: Same here :) Got lucky with insight.com. Will be here Friday. WOOT!

@synapses11: Yay! I got through MacMall's phone lines. And I'll say I had a excellent experience on the phone. I was very impressed that she had an Indian accent, I could understand her well and she understood me well. I love a positive experience that shatters stereotypes! :)

vote-for1vote-against

@szobbi: I don't know what Walmart you went to but it is against policy on both the website and in the store. You got lucky.

vote-for1vote-against

@slammajamma: I started to add this exact same deal last night, while the BB site was under construction (even with the other 2 accessories in the title lol)

I didn't though because everything was sold out...were there any of these in stock a few hours ago?

vote-for1vote-against

Damn...Sold out on the charger.

vote-for1vote-against

@synapses11: I got lucky with Insight too and I ordered yesterday morning! From what many were saying, I thought there was no way I'd actually ship since I ordered kind of late.

vote-for1vote-against

@synapses11: I went to that site just for giggles my TP is ER (that's Touchpad owner lingo for "touchpad is en route")

The first thing that pops up is a huge red banner saying "SORRY WE ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF HP TOUCHPAD INVENTORY" heh

vote-for1vote-against

@drchops: worked for me. looks like the charger is sold out though

vote-for1vote-against

Hold off on buying anything until your touchpad gets past your doorstep!

vote-for2vote-against

I bought the Touchstone and case at Office Depot and had them price match to Walmart. I pulled up Walmart's price online via my touchpad. btw....the touchstone is kickass

vote-for0vote-against

you mean the bestbuy employees didn't keep these to purchase for themselves too? fckrs.

vote-for1vote-against

Oh wow...everything was sold out an hour or so ago...now the Keyboard is back lol

Stock is DEFINITELY fluctuating, so keep checking if you want one...

vote-for1vote-against

@synapses11: Went to Insight.com and there isn't any listing for the HP Touchpad at all. They must have removed it already.

vote-for1vote-against

@gidgaf: Would you please stop making this inane comment? This is the third thread I've read it on, and it's frankly crappy advice.

vote-for1vote-against

oh wow, look. a bestbuy employee demoted my previous comment. did you do so on the hp touchpad that you kept for yourself? keep in mind, i wouldn't be saying it if it weren't so wildly true. just ask all those people (or so many of the ones over at the slickdeals hp touchpad forum) who lined up at bestbuy after being told there were heaploads of them in stock, only to learn that once the doors opened, somehow....magically...there were none in stock. poof! odd, don't you think? not according to all the people below:

I got both the dock and keyboard at Staples and got them to price match the OfficeDepot price ($40 for the dock, $30 for the keyboard). My local Staples still has these in stock (probably because the accessories don't show up online :D).
The keyboard is pretty awesome. I was able to pair it with the Asus transformer and my windows laptop as well. What really surprised me was that the volume buttons actually worked as expected on both devices. Its missing quite a few keys for effective PC use ('Alt' for example), but at this price, I'm not complaining.

J&R has them for 39.99 with Free Ground Shipping for orders phoned in to 800-806-1115
