mean price via google shopping search is $15.33. it seems that nobody had the cojones to charge more than $28. lol
MSRP? You can see inflated prices on Overstock all the time when they want to make their deals look awesomer when you are really only saving a few dollars (which, while not bad, is not several hundred dollars, which would be good for resale. But the intent is to grab people who see the discount and think that their site's price is dramatically lower than it ever was and that you would be a fool to pass it up).
Also, I paid $21 at Wal-Mart a few weeks ago for one of their cheapest 3ft cables so if you can use it, get it now, their price really is good and $4ish for the cable is not that bad. Do not get stuck buying one in a hurry at Wal-Mart...

while this deal is nice, you can get HDMI cables on eBay from a few reputable dealers for about the same amount every day, so it's nothing terribly special.
In a word.....monoprice.

Yea Eforcity is good too...I've purchased a few cables form them along the way. I've had good luck with their short HDMI and HDMI-DVI cables.
I don't have any HDMI cabels to speak of, so I'm in for both.
The $9.00 and the $3.50 ones.

Dude, just go to monoprice.com, their normal prices are better than this. I buy tv mounts and cables (particularly optical TOS link cables there) and they have decent service. Hilariously, you get discounts on lots of 100 plus units.

You have to go to the normal checkout to apply the coupon. It lets you do paypal, ect. after.
The picture of these cables show fabric sleeves and nicer looking injection molding on the plugs. Almost as cool as the Amazon Basics HDMI cables with shinny Amazon logos.

Seriously people, HDMI cables are DIGITAL. A "premium" $120 cable is NO DIFFERENT than a lowly $3 cable. Either the cable works, or it doesn't work.
Don't get ripped off by this stuff, it's not worth your money.

I assume everyone knows that a DIGITAL signal will work over 99cent cables. You cannot make the signal better or worse, digital either works (cable is good) or doesn't work (cable is cut) whether you drop .99 cents or $99 it's going to look the same. That being said get a cheap cable with a good warranty and you will get the same results as an over priced cable. Ever go to best buy and buy a TV? Well I haven't but I have seen it done, they hustle you for the wall mount and of course the $110 monster HDMI cable. So in addition to the overpriced tv you also just bought good quality overpriced stuff that you could have got online for way less. Just m 2 cents.
