dealsasus google nexus 7 32 gb for $129.99 + freeā€¦

It's worth nothing that this is the 2012 Nexus 7, not the new one that was released a few months ago.

It's still worth something... It's still a good deal for a 32 GB tablet. Even if it is a year old, they still work pretty well and will get the most current Android updates for at least a while...

@brokentyro: for$100 less than the 16GB and about 1/2 the price of the 32GB versions of the new one, this is a great deal. I do not think you will find a better deal on a 32GB tablet.

It's a good deal, but I think brokentyro had meant "worth noting" not "worth nothing". I'm thinking that it is worth noting, as Google has adopted the car manufacturer naming convention where you specify a release year in addition to the make and model, but the industry and marketing doesn't seem to have caught on.

@xueimel: "Worth noting" makes MUCH more sense. To say this is "worth nothing" would be a bit presumptuous. What a huge difference an "H" makes.

I personally say screw the Nexus 7 2012 and just get the Hisense Sero 7 Pro. It's essentially the same spec as the Nexus 7 but with features Google doesn't have the balls to put on their devices anymore such has HDMI out (though admittedly the Chromecast makes up for it so it's kind of moot) and a MicroSD slot.

I've own it for a good month and love it. It used to be 149 but has gone down to 129. The only disadvantage is that only exclusive to Wal-Mart.

Wal-Mart products and "quality" do a good job of avoiding each other most of the time. I'd take a product like the Nexus that I know does the job relatively well versus a Walmart-only product that I have no way of knowing when it will conk out on me.

@thelastredeemer: I can definitely think of another small is 8GB of internal storage (the one for $129). This severely limits the Apps that you can install. App2SD does not work on 99% of the Apps that you would want. I would guess only about 5GB of usable space on the internal storage. This is not even close to acceptable for my usage habits.
