Sorry, if they're not web savvy enough to not mix secure and unsecure page elements on their CC info page, they're not getting my card info.

Makes me think of "The Gamers: Dorkness Rising."

What would anyone need a pound of dice for?

@stevec5000: You can never have enough dice, ever.

@stevec5000: I bought one thats exactly like this but from another company it actually comes in quite handy with my D&D group when someone forgets their dice.

I got one of these for my son. Yes the bag is totally awesome in person.

One caveat: It is weird mix. About 1/4 were funky non-standard dice. Looks like they were for board games (Strange number sequences, weird symbols.) Also in the mix of d6s many had pips/numbers on all sides but one. This had last side had various logos/pictures. The bummer was it was random if that picture represented a six or a one. (Try roll a fireball with that group and you will go nuts).

That being said there were still many nice dice and my son loves the set.

@spitfire6006006: True, but the web developer in me still feels like steering clear of a company that makes such a simple, and easily correctable, mistake. Or maybe I'm just in an ornery mood today. ;P

Good company. Bought a few things from them in the past.

@perrsun: That was my first thought too.

I'm a chemistry teacher and have long wished to be able to buy a bunch of cheap dice to use in teaching shapes of molecules (tetrahedron, octahedron, etc). Don't care in the slightest about the number sequences or mfg errors! This looks perfect for me. Thanks for posting!

I would just like to point out that the BEST company in the world for getting geeky/nerdy gaming stuff has this bag for $15, as the normal price. The real trick is to only order bulk things (get in on an order with friends) so you can get free shipping. You could fill out your gaming shelves for half the price you would otherwise getting stuff from them. I stumbled across them years ago looking for cheap Hordes figures. Turns out they deal in everything from Minis to dice to RPGS to comics, and all of them are cheap as hell. The one problem is their site is not as complete as it should be, so most products are missing good descriptions and pictures.

@lordkilgar: horrible looking site, terrible navigation, but the prices seem ok. doesnt look like they have enough stuff (unless your a super nerd), with big enough discounts to warrant spending $125 per order for the "Free Shipping"

@notoriouscheech: Site does look terrible but they do have the best price I've ever seen for a new copy of Settlers of Catan.

@landsnark: You can get really cheap dice from EAI, that's actually where I get my D20's for my Infinity gaming group: http://www.eaieducation.com/category.aspx?categoryID=122&filterID=&fDetailID=&inkeywork=&startpage=0
