don't believe them... they never answer emails, never answer phone calls, and won't get back in touch with you unless you file a credit card dispute or start harassing them for an answer here on woot comments.

As for postage due, do a google search for gearxs+postage+due

My personal issue with them was fake tracking number, and after leaving negative feedback, they emailed me that they would only try to resolve my issue if I removed the negative feedback.
