How exactly does one refurbish a disc?

@kllangellier: not 100% certain, but it is my understanding that a "refurbished" disc is buffed and shined and in perfect working order, unlike a "used" disc which could contain scratches and not work properly. I may be mistaken though.(obviously they have both previously been used)

@samir1979: From looking at their shipping policies, it seems that if the product is defective, they accept returns.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
