Amazon has the Ghost Busters 1 and 2 DVD set with included "deluxe Collector's Scrapbook, loaded with production notes, character sketches, insider info, and more."

(It does't say how large the book is but is is the same dimensions as the DVD's)

If you prefer blu-ray Ghost Busters 1 is out on BD for $10 on amazon (http://www.amazon.com/Ghostbusters-Blu-ray-Bill-Murray/dp/B00164GDD2)
Ghost Busters 2 blu ray is rumored to be coming out eventually, but has not been released yet.

However, this is an excellent price for both movies on widescreen DVD.
