Please make the title less confusing next time.

I almost made a comment about how this is a ridiculous deal because you usually can't refund shipping, but instead it's just a poorly written title.

It also appears to be for a used copy. New is $19.99.

Even at $19.99 new, it's a great price for that game. I spent over 100 hours playing Fallout 3 and I'm sure I didn't see and do everything. I'm playing through New Vegas now, I'm about 30-40 hours in and I'm just now getting to the New Vegas strip and I just got a crap ton of quests and missions, this game will probably give me more hours of gameplay than fallout 3. You'll end up paying like 20 cents an hour for epic entertainment.

Fallout 3 was one of the best games I have played...harkens back to original on the PC. Get the GOTY version (cause there are a ton of DLCs for it).

Fallout: New Vegas is a good sequal and would be especially good for someone who hasn't played any of the series. I found the setting for FNV to not be as interesting as the F3, which was set in Washington DC. FNV is set in the desert...so you see a lot of the desert. Still at $20 for the game it's a good deal. Others have posted of the hours you can spend playing and they are right...some people put in hundreds of hours unlocking all the quests and finding all the spots on the map. Speaking of maps, both games are based on real areas and you'll find a lot of the real scenery and buildings in the game. C'mon who hasn't wanted to mini-nuke the capitol building ??

This is a great game, and a steal at $15, used or not.

And the code JUNEBUG changed my shipping to only $0.96! I saved an additional 3 cents!!! :D heheh

@killswitchdh: It was reversed before. Has been since fixed and I look like a crazy person.

[edit: I'm sure the game runs great on the 360, ignore my (original) PC-centric complaints which follow!]

Careful careful. There are still many folks who have trouble with the stability of this title. I purchased it earlier this week, and my rig (which ran FO3 just fine) can't even get to character creation. An email sent off to bethsoft's support email (and an identical note sent via their online submitter) has gone unaddressed for 5 times longer than their 24-hour estimate.

I loved FO3 (paid full price on day of release), and expect that I'd adore FONV, but I'm frustrated at not being able to play, and having my support requests completely ignored. (The folks on these forums have given a fair attempt at help, but my gameplay desires remain unrequited.)

this is a great game, and will have you listening to dean martin on your ipod in a week
im on my 2nd playthrough creating the perfect character, level 23 with almost every unique weapon + remnants power armor
killed legendary deathclaw at 12 hahaha

but beware this game is buggy and you need to save every time you accomplish....anything
or else you risk losing your progress due to being stuck inside a rock or a freeze or youll fast travel to helios one and deathclaws and cazadors and (mod edit: profanity) will spawn and eat the skin off your bones, ect
