Just got StarCraft II and need more people to play with, but your friends are too cheap? Send them over to get this from Battle.Net. I've not tried it, but apparently it can play in multiplayer, according to the blurb on their page. So use it to turn your cheap friends into cannonfodder. :) Or, maybe you're on the fence about StarCraft II yourself, try it here.

@tkpc621: There was a previous, related deal, for $0.01, but that one RIPed. Also, I thought this was relevant now, given that lots of people just freshly got StarCraft II. On top of that, as the Blizzard sale price is still valid, maybe other people want to try the game out before buying, which this would also allow one to do.

Geez, why so negative?

You have to vote up more before you can vote down.

Don't get us wrong. Negativity has its place. And downvotes are just as essential as upvotes when it comes to making Deals.Woot a useful place to find deals.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
