Agretti are a delicate and natural condiment, with real fruit puree. The ingredients are simple and genuine: grape must, aged wine vinegar and fruit puree. Only the best fruits, selected for the sugar content and at the best ripening point, are blended with other ingredients and then decanted. The production process has been limited to the minimum number of operations, in order to leave unchanged the organoleptic features of fresh fruit and to grant an intense and aromatic flavor. Agretti can be used to dress salads and to flavor various dishes, to glaze meat, to marinate fish (rasberry, Pomegranate, Cranberry), for salmon carpaccio (Strawberry), for cheeses (Plum, Figs), over porcini mushroom carpaccio (Peach), to cook sweet-sour vegetables and sauces, for oysters and shrimps (Mango). Or for fruit salads (Apple).
