It's odd that the actual coupon says, "Not valid in IN, LA, ME, NC, TX & UT", but when you randomly choose a state on the website quite a few more than that are blocked. It won't let me print out and mail in the offer when I choose AL or TN.
@unique616: Probably has to do with why they are not valid in various states. In Texas, and a few other states, coupons for or from alcohol are illegal, so no coupon is ever possible (or any other incentive to purchase alcohol). The same is true in several states, probably those listed. Any other state it doesn't work in is probably a matter of business decision.
They probably have to list those it is illegal in. It is possible another states code might work in any state other than those listed. Possible

I originally chose a state where the offer wasn't valid for the offer by mail link. So I chose NY as a poster mentioned, but I still can't get it because my state is one of those where it's not valid even if I filled out the offer, I can't exactly put a fake NY address or I won't get the coupons.

It may not be available in some states because of Red box costs. In my part of Illinois rentals are $1.20 per night (this coupon is good for $2 off)
It says on the rebate "No purchase of alcohol necessary". Does that mean I can send in the rebate without a receipt and still get the rentals?

Not sure about this one. You have to send a request by snail mail to view their privacy policy....do they have the right to sell your personal info? It doesn't say. So is it worth the $2 and change?
Something very wrong about this. It clearly states no alcohol purchase necessary, BUT..
- You MUST be of legal drinking age (Why if no purchase necessary?)
- You must include original cash register receipt. But receipt for what?
The agency that put this advertising together clearly had been drinking too much Smirnoff to get it right ;)

I did the text method. I got a text back thanking me for signing up for"IDENTITHEFT PERSONAL INFORMATION RECOVERY PLAN" . Text# leads to a scam.
I used it for a game in florida, it took of 1.20 so i still had to pay the .80c. No big deal, i think that is what resident evil ORC is worth!

Just worked here in Texas even though it is technically illegal. I said CA in the text though. (Texas is one of the states it says not valid in)
