Doesn't appear to include much help for vegan. You could sub some rice or soy milk in for some of the recipes including milk. But many of them include eggs or yogurt which is harder to find a valid vegan substitute for that isn't some weird chemical cocktail.

sorry for second comment, it won't let me edit my last one for some reason... one other note on the book in a cursory read... little to no pictures. If you're a visual person, this seems to be lacking. I'm up to page 503 of 822 on my device and only came across a dozen pictures of the finish recipes so far.
