One difference that makes an average multimeter into a great multimeter. True RMS. A true RMS meter is much more accurate (especially when measuring AC). This meter is not true RMS. It's the same as the cheap Craftsman auto-ranging meter that's been working great for me for the past 6-7 years.

Not saying this isn't a good deal, just saying the whole "80% off" and "$150 list price" is an absolutely ridiculous lie. But looks like a solid meter for 30 bucks. :-)
