Yes, the coupon code does work, I just bought one of these. You must have done something wrong.

This is a great line of remotes, I have a fancier one for my living room and bought this one for the growing list of electronics in my bedroom.

I would not buy one . We bought the ONE paid over 200.0 and its been a pain.Support not helpful at all

I am a beta tester for Logitech's Google TV for DISH their tech department even for us beta people sucks but at $40 if it eliminates the need to use 4 remotes to change from DISH to the Wii or the Blue Ray or the like

I got one of these for the same price about 5 months ago, and it's fantastic. Doesn't matter that it's an older model because the software gets free updates. And I had an original Xbox that I made into a media center, which the remote wasn't working with, and within 48 hours I got a response from their customer service with a link to an add-on that made it work with my Xbox. This remote is awesome.

May be an old model but it works great and you have yourself a Harmony remote for under $50. I'm happy!
