If laughter is the best medicine, then you could pick up all of these for less than it cost me to go to the doctor once.

Red Dwarf is arguably the best comedy Sci-Fi ever released... and It's funny. Really, really funny. Seasons 1-5 are probably the best of the series.

Alternatively, Amazon.com has the entire original Series 1-8 for $84 (which is just over $10 a season with free shipping)

It is a good show just rewatched it on netflix recently well the run of 1-8 season 9 did not click with me

I just watch ed a blu-ray release of the new Season X ... it is really funny, I am glad they put it together. The Cast hasn't lost their comedic timing at all.

One of the best shows ever, but I recommend the books even more. Better than Hitchhiker's Guide.

Great show. Lost a little steam in the later seasons, so 1-5 is a good deal.
