Just for kicks and giggles, I went to NewEgg and priced out the following:
Liteon DVD burner, mid ATX case with 420w PSU, 640GB 7200RPM HDD, 4GB DDR3 RAM(2x2), MSI LGA 775 Mobo, Pentium D 3.4GHz dual core, AND tossed on an nVidia 210.
$276. Only $40 more for much more of a computer.
I thought it was illegal to sell dinosaur parts...
Honestly though, $230 for a P4 system?
"Small Footprint" Oh boy, that's a JOKE! No, these suckers aren't too far off from the weight of a server. They're big and heavy monsters.
