Yeah, but this tea is so very light, and so good for you (by every published account) that you'll be drinking it like water....why waste good water when you can add a teabag to it?

Peony White tea’s antioxidant property is significantly more than green tea.

The taste is mild, but very distinctly a non-bitter tea when brewed according to the directions.
