The Mini DV MD80 is the smallest digital video camera in the world! Smaller than a BIC lighter, and just about as cheap! It is very fashionable and wearable and matches all kinds of portable tools, making it a good little spy cam unit. It records 720X480 video in AVI format at 30 frames per second this AEE camcorder keeps away blur and distortions. It can be set to stand-by for up to 250 hours until it is activated by a sound.

You can set it up in a room on audio-activated standby mode, where it will happily sit for nearly two weeks on a single battery charge, waiting for a noise to start it recording. It uses microSD, which means you can store up to 16GB of footage on it, and it plugs into your computer via USB (which also charges it) to let you transfer files.

Got one from a diff site and it didnt work from the get go.. the manual looks like it was written by a 6 year old. these crappy made in china cams would be great if they worked. i've also owned a few key chain cams off ebay and this is the exact same thing in a diff form.

Picked one up the last time they were offered. It's definitely a cheap and flimsy item, and the manual is worthless, but the camera is decent enough for what you pay. I haven't had any issues with it.

Price is up to $9.99 for me and I can't get a shipping quote without having a facebook account but I'm assuming it'll be at least a dollar or two..... Amazon has it with Prime shipping for less than $12 and there I don't have to give contact information to another unknown company

Got one from GearXS a couple of months ago and another from a similar site. Both work great.
A note for DIY'ers, these are super simple to take apart. Nothing is glued down and no hidden security screws, just take the four screws out of the case and everything else is either snapped in place or held down by tape.
