Picked one of these up at Best Buy last night for $169. I'll be returning that now...
Worked pissah.
No way to mount it through normal VESA mounting. The curved back has no screw holes for mounting it to an arm of a bracket. There are a few DIY answers out there for this but they involve removing the back, drilling through the plastic and adding homemade brackets (http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Audio-Video-Monitors/VESA-Mounting-a-2711x/td-p/450805/page/3)
This is a fantastic price but I'd really like to get 2-3 monitors setup on a stand.
I just picked one up and the coupon worked to get me 35 dollars off plus free shipping. With taxes came to 122 bucks and considering it is new and not refurbished I am happy.
Really wish I had room in my budget right now for a monitor. This one looks fantastic!
wow and if you are lucky enough to work for a company that has an HP Employee Discount Program setup you get an additional $13 off bringing the total down to $103.99 plus tax the total is $110.98. Thanks for the heads up this will be an awesome Fathers Day present for my Dad.
Ha Ha, you said "screw holes"
Argh! Was looking at the 23" to complete my triple monitor setup. Decided against it and went with dual 20" for my wife. Her birthday IS coming up soon... I figured that would be a better "investment" for me.
Anyway. Great deal!
Looks just like the famous maker monitor I bought awhile back. I'm quite happy with it, but it's plugged into my Eee linux PC 900a netbook and it won't take a second monitor.
It has no speakers, which I considered a feature until I plugged in my Woot Cisco Flip camera to the HDMI port, great picture, no sound. I thought, no problem, I'll get a cheap box to separate the audio from HDMI. Well, no I won't, there is no such thing. AV receivers aren't all that cheap.
@aojle: Look into one of these adapters that let you plug in more monitors using USB connections.

The price was $103.76 with my student discount applied. Sweet deal!
Just bought one. It is exactly like the one I bought on WOOT last year ofrt about the same price. Value cant be beat.
Coupon code worked May 26th.
Just ordered two this morning, great deal.
The coupon still works on 5/29/2012. The sale apparently runs through 6/2/2012.
Discover card members get 5% cashback by visiting the HP Home store using ShopDiscover as a portal. Ebates folks get a 3% rebate using Ebates as a portal. Either way, search for 2311x once you get to the HP website.
Aw... I was really hoping for some HDMI...

Website tells me the code is invalid. Did I miss out on this?
Damn. Site also tells me code is invalid. Sure it runs through the 2nd?
Great buy! Bought 2 LED monitors for a total of $304.98 on 5/28. Got my cash back 2 days later on Mr. Rebates of $9.15. You get 3% cash back off your total order through Mr. Rebates. If you don't have an account yet, then here's the link to get a free account. http://www.mrrebates.com?refid=368252
Once you login, search for HP then click on the link and make the purchase like you normally would.
I believe the deal expires June 2. There's taxes in Texas so be aware if you ship to TX.
23" inch is out of stock.
