I'm getting a price of $10; however, it is Prime Eligible.

Total cost with shipping was $9.98

Pretty decent deal for an everyday calliper. Thanks for the post - I just purchased one for myself, and one for a friend!

I wish people had to comment on why they'd down vote a deal. Seems like a good deal to me for everyday use. In for 2...one for me, another for a coworker.

I think it's got that auto-price-raise thing, because so many are buying this.. or it's linked with a similar item and so many are buying THAT!

I opted for the $10.31 price fulfilled by Amazon, because I'll get free two day shipping for being a Prime member. These are handy to have around.

The exact same one, same case and all, under the Pittsburgh name is on sale at Harbor Freight this week for $9.95, down from $29.95.

I think it's a conspiracy to make us all measure stuff wrong.

Yeah, I'll stick with my Mitutoyos. Thanks.

same ones ive had/used for years now... still working perfect.. keep them clean and in the case and they will work for a long time...

@mlucechi: I think some deals get negative votes by folks that aren't interested in the product, or think that it is too cheap (cheap quality, rather than evaluating value of quality at cost)...

One thing that this caliper does not have is a fractional reading.

Some customers also viewed bullet loading supplies. I see there are some serious marksmen carousing around woot eh?

@blindingmask: They are used for ammunition reloading. Spend brass needs to be reshaped back to its original form, or the dimensions you are seeking for the performance you want to achieve. These tools are good for confirming that your dies are working properly.

@fredzohome: The one sold at Harbor Freight for $9.99 is plastic.

Bought one of these for my QA class; works great and never had any problems with it.
