I've never ordered from Ben's Outlet but reviews suggest they're solid enough. For $10 I have a real basic universal remote so I cannot complaint. I needed to rid my desk of the three remotes I constantly fumble about with anyway.

This is $30 on the Logitech website, so 2/3 off the price is a pretty good deal

The Logitech Harmony series contains some fantastic remotes! However, I purchased this particular remote and am less than satisfied. You have to use a website to program it, and not only that but it gets more confusing. A few years ago, Logitech created a different, but very similar website, to program its newer Harmony remotes. This remote, however, must use the old website. It's difficult to describe, but messing with this model can be very confusing and troublesome. If I had to do it again, I'd pony up a few more bucks and get a higher quality Harmony remote. For now, I'll stick to my Magic Remote.

Got two, they will work well for the rooms that just have TV, DVD and maybe DVR. Can't beat $10 bucks...Still 1% remaining after my purchase.

Just thought I'd put out an update and see if anyone else has any comments..

I got a shipping notification from them for the remote on the 7th, and just yesterday had shipping info for the package received by USPS (Still not shipped). Anyone any farther along than I am?
