Also measures AC/DC current, resistance, frequency and capacitance. Includes Type K thermometer; allows for surface or air temperature measurements. Extra large 4000 count LCD screen. Also features fuse-protected current input jacks, tilt stand and a molded rubber holster. Includes test leads and temp. thermocouple. Category II - 600 volt.

Thats why you pick it up at a Sears or (some) K-marts. Only a few K-Marts around me are listed.

Same, adding to the cart shows $25 plus shipping, while the page lists $13 and free shipping. Deceptive BS on Sears' part. SOP for their website at this point.

Contacted their online chat who (of course) insisted that the lower price is a typo on the web page, and the $24.88 price is correct. Also nothing they can do about it, but they HOPE the website page will be fixed within 48 hours. GREAT response, given the sale ends in about 3 hours.

Filed a BBB complaint regarding deceptive advertising practices. Sears.com does this crap ALL the time on their 'limited time' sales.

Same story here. CS on chat ineffective. I'll do a report to the BBB, NYS AG office and also tip off the FTC. There are laws about misleading advertising...

You can get DMM's on Amazon in the same price range made by well-known mfrs. like Tripplet or Amprobe.
