@freelancer799: ESPN 3 plus online gaming makes it worth it to me (cord cutter w/ no cable or sat). Plus XBL is a well put together service, unlike the after thought that is PSN.

I cancelled my live account when they added ads to a paid for service. I don't even think live is worth $20 per year

Better than list price, but it seems like every other week there is a deal on here with it for $34.99. If you'd like to save $5 more, wait a little while.
