Yep. Been telling some friends and family to check this out. One of the best tech buys I made all year on Woot!

I've bought a few things from them and haven't had an issue yet.

Agreed, I have bought from Daily Steals on multiple occasions and never had a problem, even with the $0 + free shipping deals.

EDIT: And when I say "multiple," I mean 10-15+ things, so they're legit.

@kevintsai1989: I appreciate that you're just trying to help. Maybe their CS is crap. I don't know, I've never had any dealings with them. Others here have had no problems, and I trust them.

It's the same with 1saleaday. There are plenty of horror stories out there, but I've ordered from them at least a dozen times with no issues. What can I say, life is a crapshoot.

I just bought a wireless keyboard/mouse from them. My only "complaint" is that I think their sale/confirmation/shipping system is odd. I never received an email confirming my order. I got an email with login info from them which I then had to use to log into their website and check to see that my order had gone through. Then I had to keep checking daily to find out when my order shipped - and that took quite a while.

With that said, I got a very good price on something I wanted and had no trouble with it being delivered.

I think their communication could be better in terms of notifications sent to the customer, but to me, it's not a "deal breaker" in terms of deciding to do business with them again.

Gizzy that is an easy way to get phised. Never ever go through email links. Does not matter what website. Phising is now done through every kind of pretend email there is. From Facebook to Disney, it doesnt matter, NEVER EVER GO THROUGH EMAIL LINKS.

@2maxmart: Um, I didn't say I followed a link in their email. I said they sent me an email with login information. In other words, when I made my purchase, they CREATED an account for me automatically and sent me the login information for that account.

It had nothing to do with phishing or following links.

@rprebel: That's the case. Their policies suck and their CS pretty much isn't. (My guess is CS people also have "real" jobs and we're just an annoyance). That said, if you're annoying enough, including maybe an email to the company president, they'll fix the situation. My only real issue is the amount of time it takes for shipping and delivery, so my bargain threshold is higher with these sites than, say, Amazon or Newegg.

I have made one purchase through them and was very satisfied.

I think a lot of people don't realize how much a well staffed customer service and shipping department cost. The reason many of these sites can give better discounts is they reduce overhead, they are in the business of price not service.
