After looking quick on the web (they don't seem to take Paypal, so I wanted to see how legit this was) they seem to have quite the track record of bad customer service. Just a warning, though it seems to be pretty random.

Else I would've jumped on this, great deal on the toys.

If you search deals for "thepaws" you will find a bunch of well-rated deals from these guys. I have ordered this exact product twice before, and had no problems. It's been a great way to find new toys that my cats like (for example, those little fur mouse? Never bought them because they seemed boring but thanks to this combo bag I know one of my cats goes CRAZY over them).

i've also ordered from them before with no problems. after @shadowhunter312's comment i checked out their reviews and saw some negative reviews

they do post on deals.woot now and then, and i get their emails and post some too. i guess i'll wait to post anymore from them to see if their issues get resolved. one review mentioned they ordered from a woot deal, so at least one person here had issues....

@teevee: thanks for the amazon link! they have the same price plus free shipping without having to enter the code. the reviews are mixed but mostly good IMO, and payment is safer
